Randy Singh is a self-employed professional specializing in government management and financial services. He has held several executive leadership roles throughout his career, including Chief Operating Officer for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Chief Financial Officer for Visit Orlando, and Deputy County Administrator for Orange County Government. 

In his role as Deputy County Administrator, Singh oversaw a wide portfolio of departments and divisions. His responsibilities included leadership of the county’s $5 billion annual budget and overseeing multiple departments. Those departments included: Human Resources; Risk Management; Office of Professional Standards; Information Technology and Systems; Office of Economic Trade and Tourism; Real Estate; Capital Infrastructure Projects; Procurement and Contracts; Debt Management; Facilities Maintenance and Operations; Fleet Services; Business Development; Social Services; Parks and Recreation; and the History Center, among others.

Singh holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Government Finance Officer in the State of Florida, as well as a Certified Public Finance Officer in both the United States and Canada. In addition to his work in public finance and administration, he is also an audio engineer.

He has served on numerous boards and committees, including Central Florida Citrus Sports, Goodwill of Central Florida, the Audit Committee of the Central Florida Expressway Authority, and the Orange County Audit Committee. Singh has also chaired both the Orange County Medical Benefits Committee and the Risk Management Committee.
