Get to Know Me

I earned my undergraduate degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and completed my Physician Assistant Master鈥檚 degree at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. After graduation, I spent two years working in the Emergency Department before I returned home to be closer to my family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories with my golden retriever, Charlie. I鈥檓 also a passionate college and professional football fan and love watching games and cheering on the Eagles whenever I get the chance. Go Birds!

Why I Treat Children

I chose to care for children because I am passionate about advocating for a vulnerable population and helping patients and their families navigate challenges with confidence and compassion. One of the most rewarding aspects of pediatric medicine is the opportunity to build lasting relationships and watch patients grow from infancy through adolescence and young adulthood. Children are remarkably resilient and it is incredibly inspiring to see them recover, adapt, and thrive. Being able to play a small role in their journey and celebrate their milestones alongside their families is what makes caring for children so meaningful to me.

What I'm Passionate About

I am passionate about helping children stay active and healthy so they can get back to doing the things they love. I enjoyed building relationships with patients and their families and creating an environment where they feel heard, supported, and empowered. I am also committed to lifelong learning and continually growing as a clinician so I can provide the highest quality care to every patient I see.

How I Try to Make A Difference

I strive to make a difference by treating every patient with compassion, empathy, and respect. I believe that listening to children and their families, educating them about their condition, and involving them in their care helps build trust and confidence. My goal is to not only help patients heal physically, but also to make their healthcare experience as positive and reassuring as possible. I hope that every family leaves feeling supported, informed, and cared for.
