Biography

Isa Granados, PhD, MS, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at 无码专区 Children's Health in the Center for Healthcare Delivery Science in Jacksonville, Florida. She is trained in population health sciences with a concentration in implementation science from Duke University School of Medicine and is committed to advancing research that improves health outcomes across the lifespan. Her work broadly focuses on designing, implementing, and sustaining evidence-based interventions that promote health among both children and adults. Her research interests include obesity and chronic disease prevention, health equity, and strengthening connections between healthcare systems and community settings. She is particularly interested in leveraging electronic health record (EHR) data and conducting rigorous cohort studies to generate real-world evidence that informs clinical care, policy, and population health strategies. Dr. Granados applies mixed-methods approaches to examine how interventions can be effectively adapted, scaled, and sustained in diverse populations. She has contributed to multiple federally funded projects, including NIH-supported work through the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) to develop and evaluate sustainable pediatric obesity interventions in partnership with community organizations. Her current and emerging research explores how family- and system-level factors influence health behaviors and outcomes, with a growing emphasis on sustainability and long-term impact across populations. Her scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national conferences such as AcademyHealth, the Society of Behavioral Medicine, and ObesityWeek. She is actively engaged in interdisciplinary collaboration and welcomes partnerships that bridge research, clinical care, data science, and community engagement. Through her work, Dr. Granados aims to translate research into meaningful, scalable solutions that improve population health and advance equity.
